Observed drink nozzles being washed weekly. Drink nozzles for the soda machine must be washed daily. CA: PIC will have nozzles washed daily.

Observed no sanitizer detected at the dishes after they were put through the dishwasher. CA: PIC primed dish washer until the proper concentration of sanitizer was detected on the dishes. Dishwasher will be manually primed to get the correct sanitizer concentration when in use. Maintenance will come fix dishwasher tomorrow.

CA: PIC took lid off of salsa and put it in the walk-in cooler to cool more quickly. PIC will check temperature after three hours.
