Observed tea nozzles with excess food build up. CA: Utensils should be maintained cleaned to sight and touch. Manager removed tea nozzles to be cleaned.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(2)(j) - ventilation hood system filters, designed to be readily removable for cleaning (c)
Observed grease/dust build up on vent hood screens and air vent. CA: Vents should be maintained cleaned to prevent build up. Manager will have cleaned.
