Observed the 3-compartment sink to fail to reach a minimum temperature of 110°F.

Observed the CFSM posted in the facility to be expired. A CFSM certificate which has expired, been revoked or suspended shall not be posted in the food service establishment. Note: PIC will obtain a CFSM in 30 days.

Observed there to be no hand soap to be located at the hand sink.

Handwashing Cleanser, Availability. Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap.

Note: PIC stated they currently use the restroom hand sink to wash their hands and then apply hand sanitizer when returning back to the front desk. EHS encouraged PIC to go to one of the stores located in the same plaza to purchase pump hand soap.

Observed an accumulation food debris was observed inside the microwave oven at the front customer service area. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Note: PIC to clean the microwave and ensure it stays clean to avoid accumulation.
