- The original CFSM certificate shall be posted in public view in each food service establishment. An additional copy shall be retained on file at the food service establishment at all times, and shall be made available for inspection by the Health Authority. COS: The PIC immediately moved the CFSM to be posted in public view in the establishment.
16A - hot and cold water available; adequate pressure

Observed the front hand sink to read a final temperature of 75F. 511-6-1.06(1)(g),(h) - Water Supply, Capacity; Pressure (Pf) (g) Capacity.
- The water source and system shall be of sufficient capacity to meet the peak water demands of the food service establishment. Pf Note: The facility will need to have the hot water restored at this hand sink.
