Observed no paper towels and dispenser located at the handwashing sink. Paper towel dispenser is currently located on kitchen counter. PIC supplied paper towels at hand washing sink to COS. Ensure the paper towel dispenser is located at the handwashing sink and dispenses in such a way to not contaminate the whole roll of paper towels when being used.

Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with:

1. Individual, disposable towels;
2. A continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel;
3. A heated-air hand drying device; or
4. A hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures.

Handwashing sink was not supplied with individual disposable paper towels or other approvable hand drying provision. PIC supplied paper towels at hand washing sink to COS. Ensure the paper towel dispenser is located at the handwashing sink and dispenses in such a way to not contaminate the whole roll of paper towels when being used.

Observed a gap between the FRP around the 3-compartment sink and the wall. Seal the gap completely to prevent any water damage and to be in good repair. All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
