Upon arrival sanitizer bucket tested by employee's was observed at 0 ppm, 100 ppm. Further investigation revealed concentration out of dispenser was less then 200 ppm at intervals. PIC was able to remedy the dispensing line. New buckets made and surfaces sanitized.
