Upon arrival sanitizer bucket tested by employee's was observed at 0 ppm, 100 ppm. Further investigation revealed concentration out of dispenser was less then 200 ppm at intervals. PIC was able to remedy the dispensing line. New buckets made and surfaces sanitized.

511-6-1.07(4)(c) - Segregation, distressed food segregated and properly located (Pf) (c) Segregation and Location. Products that are held by permit holder for credit, redemption, or returned to the distributor, such as damaged, spoiled, or recalled products, shall be segregated and held in designated areas that are separated from food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles. Pf Note: Observed dented can of liquid peanut butter on same shelves with non-damaged cans, no area was designated for damaged cans. PIC stated a shelve labeled "damaged do not use" would be created to properly segregate.

511-6-1.06(5)(h) - Toilet Room Receptacle, Covered (C) (h) Toilet Room Receptacle, Covered. A toilet room used by females shall be provided with a covered receptacle for sanitary napkins. Note: No covered receptacle was observed in the women's restroom PIC stated one would be placed in there as soon as possible.

511-6-1.06(5)(o),(p) - Using Drain Plugs; Maintaining Refuse Areas (C) (o) Using Drain Plugs. Drains in receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall have drain plugs in place. Note: No drain plug was observed on dumpster. PIC stated a new one would be ordered/ requested.
