Observed the most current inspection report not prominently displayed for public view. PIC relocated inspection report, permit and CFSM certificate to be prominently displayed to COS. The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away.

Drain plug missing from dumpster. Drains in receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall have drain plugs in place.

Handwashing sink starting to come off the wall creating a small gap between the handwashing sink and wall. All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. Repair handwashing sink such that there is no gap between it and the wall.
