Observed vent hood with an accumulation of debris/residue. Clean vent hood such that there is no accumulation.
(d) Nonfood-Contact Surfaces. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues.

Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit; See recorded temps for details, items in questions were discarded and/or cooled. Consulted with PIC on alternate methods for temperature control.
Various spray bottles were observed being utilized for multiple chemicals without common identification; consulted with PIC on ensuring staff properly labels containers that contain chemicals that have been removed from their original vessel; PIC had a staff member label all observed aberrations.
