All cold holding and hot holding temperatures in compliance unless otherwise noted. NOTE: Ensure that ALL dishes after dishwashing have all food debris removed before placing on the clean rack. NOTE: Ensure to review packaging ( keep packaging or cut off box label) for all fish that comes in Reduced oxygen packaging to ensure that proper thawing procedures are practiced. (P) Corrective Actions: Person in charge relocated all butane lighters and fuel containers so that they are below any food, or single use items.//
