NOTE: Rooms inspected: 415, 409, 315, 309, 215, 218 NOTE: 1st floor room are completely closed (meeting rooms included) are closed per the person-in-charge (PIC) due to renovations. Evaluated meeting/conference room and rooms 101, 105, and 123, all under repair with baseboards still missing. PIC showed in computer system that rooms are blocked out to avoid bookings. Advised PIC to ensure rooms and meeting rooms remain closed until all renovations are completed. NOTE: Gas fired equipment safety inspection dated 4/2025 NOTE: Pest control company- Terminex. NOTE: Hot water in all rooms were in compliance. NOTE: Ensure pest control logs available for review, ice machines are cleaned and ceiling tiles in laundry room repaired by 8/25/2025.
