2-2E: .03(6)Sanitizer for facility's clean up kit could not be located. Facility does not have a sanitizer on site that is effective against Norovirus. A food establishment shall have procedures for employees to follow when responding to vomiting or diarrheal events that involve the discharge of vomitus or fecal matter onto surfaces in the food service establishment. The procedures shall address the specific actions employees must take to minimize the spread of contamination and the exposure of employees, consumers, food, and surfaces to vomitus or fecal matter. (Pf) Corrective Actions: The EPA registered list of chemicals effective against Norovirus was provided.

4-2B: .05(7)(a)1Observed black debris present on the ice deflector inside both downstairs ice machines. Observed debris in the interior of the Miller Lite and 3 Tavern beer taps. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. (Pf) Corrective Actions: The interior of the beer taps were washed, rinsed, and sanitized.
