Observed Comfort station 6: paint chips on both female and male door entrance walls. Informed person in charge the walls on the yurts needs to be clean, observed the yurts to be dusty. CA: Floors, walls, ceilings. windows, doors and all other appurtenances shall be of sound construction, properly maintained in good repair and shall be kept clean
