2-2B: .03(5)(j)1&2Observed employee drink from a reusable water bottle in the kitchen area.// Employees shall consume food and drink only in approved designated areas separate from food preparation and serving areas, equipment or utensil areas and food storage areas (unless drinking from a single service beverage cup with a secure lid and straw that is handled to prevent contamination of the employee's hands, the container, exposed food, clean equipment, utensils and linens, unwrapped single-service and single-use articles). (C) Corrective Actions: The employee removed the reusable water bottle from the kitchen area and washed his hands before returning to work.//

2-2D: .06(2)(o)Observed that the handsink closest to the backdoor was completely blocked by trash and cardboard and was not accessible to employees.// A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Person in charge removed the trash and cardboard from in front of the handsink so that it was accessible for use.//

4-2B: .05(7)(a)1Observed a black mold like substance on the interior of the ice machine. Also observed a white substance accumulated in the top portion of the ice machine.// Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. (Pf)

10D: .04(4)(d)Observed food ( chicken, ranch dressing, honey mustard dressing, Gut sauce, bbq sauce, margarine, and milk wash) that were out of the original packages and stored in squeeze bottles or large food containers without a label.// Except for containers holding food that can be readily and unmistakably recognized, such as dry pasta, working containers holding food or food ingredients that are removed from their original packages for use in the food establishment, such as cooking oils, flour, herbs, potato flakes, salt, spices, and sugar shall be clearly and legibly identified, in English, with the common name of the food. (C) Corrective Actions: Person-in-charge put labels on the squeeze bottles ( ranch dressing, honey mustard, Gut Sauce and bbq sauce) and the large food containers ( chicken, Gut sauce, ranch dressing, and Milk wash).//

17B: .06(5)(n)The trash container outside is overflowing with the lid open.// Receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be kept covered:

1. Inside the food service establishment if the receptacles and units: (i) Contain food residue and are not in continuous use; (C) or (ii) After they are filled; (C) and
2. With tight-fitting lids or doors if kept outside the food service establishment. (C)

17D: .07(4)(b)Observed a labeled container for employee food stored on the top shelf above consumer food in the walk-in cooler.// Areas designated for employees to eat, drink, and use tobacco shall be located so that food, equipment, linens, and single-service and single-use articles are protected from contamination. (C) Corrective Actions: Person in charge relocated the employee food container to the bottom shelf of the walk-in cooler.//
