An informal inspection will occur on 10/6/25 to verify that all violations have been corrected. Failure to correct violations will result in permit suspension. Note: Ensure all chemicals in spray bottles are labeled. Note: Facility must have a small-probe thermometer for measuring temperatures of thin foods such as burger patties.
