15B: .05(3)(h),(i)Observed employee sanitizing the dining tables with a spray bottle of the Purell Sanitizer. Facility does not have a test kit to measure the concentration of the sanitizer. This was noted on the 5/29/2024 Routine Inspection. // A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L (or ppm) of sanitizing solutions shall be provided. (Pf) Corrective Actions: PIC ordered the test kit during the inspection. Facility has a quat test kit so they set up the 2 bucket method using quat sanitizer. Tables cleaned using the 2 bucket method during the inspection. //
