Routine
All cold-holding and hot-holding observed in compliance. New food code rules take effect 1/1/2026. Ensure facility has training for employees on allergens and allergen awareness notice posted in public view for customers. Several bags of chili in walk-in cooler observed with temperature of 61F. Chili discarded. Per person-in-charge (PIC) chili was outside cooler for 20+ min to access freezer. PIC chose to discard chili instead of cooling back down. Questions: www.gnrhealth.com 770-963-5132
