Observed black and pink mold-like substance buildup on the white dripping plate in the ice machine. Also, stain inside the ice chute in the front service bins dispenser. Corrective action: All food contact surfaces, such as ice machines, ice chutes, and drink nozzles, must be cleaned and sanitized frequently to prevent mold-like substances. The ice machine, ice dispenser must be cleaned by 11/06/2025. PIC was informed.

Observed two spray bottles in the main kitchen and one in the front service area, not identified with their contents. CA: PIC was informed that all working chemicals, if transferred, shall be identified with the common names. COS- the chemical bottles were identified during the inspection

Observed equipment (fryer gasket, fryer outer surface, oven, and gaskets around cooler and freezer door not cleaned and free from food debris and grease as required.
