Observed pink slime mold-like substance stored on the drip plate in the ice machine. Corrective action (CA): Ensure the ice machine and drip plate are cleaned and sanitized frequently to prevent the buildup or accumulation of mold growth. COS the drip plate was cleaned during the inspection

Observed on the current menu, the menu item "ceviche" was not identified with an asterisk "*" to remind or disclose to the consumer that it is a raw or undercooked food as required. The person in charge was informed that the menu shall be redone, and a copy of the new menu shall be emailed to the health authority by 12/08/2025
