IT HAS BEEN NOTED ON PREVIOUS INSPECTIONS THAT THESE TILES APPEAR TO HAVE SUFFERED WATER DAMAGE AT SOME POINT, AND HAD PARTIALLY SEPARATED FROM THE WALL. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT TILES BE REPLACED AND RE-GROUTED TO MAINTAIN CLEANABILITY.
