Observed employee to go plate and bag of open candy at bar service area. CA: Employees shall consume food only in approved designated areas separate from food preparation and serving areas, equipment or utensil areas and food storage areas. COS: CFSM discarded personal food items from bar service area.

Observed black build up on soda dispenser nozzle at bar area. CA: Food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch. COS: CFSM had nozzle washed and sanitized and will educate employees about cleaning all food contact surfaces.
