Observed dishes being sanitizer per PIC in hand sink. CA: Hand sinks are for proper hand washing only. COS: PIC removed dishes from hand sink.

Observed dishes being sanitized per PIC in produce sink. CA: Produce sinks are for produce washing only. COS: PIC removed dishes, and will properly clean prior to washing produce.

Observed 3 compartment sink with sanitizer compartment with ice and wiping cloths. CA: Three compartment sink shall be used for its intended purpose.
