Observed pimento cheese with prep date of 1/2/26 in reach in cooler held past 7 days of discard date. CA:A food that requires datemarking shall be discarded if it exceeds 7 days since being prepped. COS: CFSM discarded food item.

Observed excessive ice on food packaging in walk in freezer. No food contamination involved. CA: Foods shall be protected from miscellaneous sources of contamination. COS: CFSM will remove ice from packaging and will monitor freezer unit for excessive ice buildup.
