Observed CFSM certificate was expired at the time of this inspection. COS: Manager stated she will renew her certificate. CA: Certified food safety manager shall maintain and renew certification in accordance with the requirements of the examination taken.
2-2D - adequate handwashing facilities supplied & accessible
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(3)(a) - handwashing cleanser, availability (pf)
Observed facility did not have soap in any of the handwashing sinks in the main kitchen at the time of this inspection. COS: Management added more soap. CA: Each handwashing sink or group of two adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with a supply of hand cleaning liquid, powder, or bar soap.
4-2A - food stored covered

Observed a container with corn dogs and a container with sliced tomatoes where left uncovered in bottom area of preptop cooler in kitchen area at the time of this inspection. COS: Items covered. CA: All food must be stored covered to prevent contamination.

Observed ice cream scoop being stored in a cup with residual ice cream on it at the time of this inspection. COS: Management washed ice scoop. CA: During pauses in food preparation or dispensing, food preparation and dispensing utensils shall be stored In running water of sufficient velocity to flush particulates to the drain, if used with moist food such as ice cream or mashed potatoes.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean

Observed A/C was not working at the time of this inspection. CA: Physical facilities shall be kept in good repair.
