CA: Management stated that repairs are scheduled and the facility will continue to use the ice bath method. Glynn EH instructed facility to either create a temp log and document temps in 2 hour intervals or use a 4 hr time as a public health control with prep time and discard times until the machinery is repaired.

It was observed on 09/06/2023 that the facility had made repairs to the unit and it was functioning properly and foods were below 41 deg f.
