Observed handwashing sink without paper towels at the time of this inspection. COS: Manager added more paper towels. CA: Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent handwashing sinks shall be provided with paper towels.

Observed bacon, sausage, and beef left uncovered in reach in cooler as well as gravy in steam well in main kitchen at the time of this inspection. COS: Manager covered items. CA: All food must be stored covered to avoid vertical contamination.
