Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility ice machine had severe black buildup inside of the machine as well as a "slime - like" residue dripping directly onto the ice.

It was also observed that a human hair was inside of the ice machine directly in contact with the ice and that a hose leaving the water filter and supplying the machine with water had severe buildup inside of the hose.

COS: Glynn EH instructed facility to not use any of the ice and to discard it all.

PIC immediately began to acquire bagged retail ice for use inside the facility.

CA: Glynn EH instructed PIC to completely empty the ice machine to clean and sanitize all internal surfaces and to have the hose supplying the machine with water cleaned and sanitized or replaced.

Glynn EH instructs management to create a cleaning and repair schedule for the ice machine to ensure a sanitary unadulterated product is provided for customers.

Glynn EH will follow up on the condition of the machine by 12/22/2023.

On 12/22/2023 Glynn EH received confirmation that the ice machine had been properly cleaned and sanitized and restored to safe conditions.
