Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had utensils stored in room temp water as well as inside of dry goods with the handle touching the product. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that utensils are properly store in water that is 135 deg f or above or in a plumbed system and with their handles out of the product when stored in dry goods.

Observed a box with straws, plastic cups, and plastic lids being stored on the floor at the time of this inspection. COS: Manager removed box from the floor. CA: Single service items must be stored 6" off floor.

Observed that facility did not have Quat. test strips at the time of this inspection. CA: A test kit or other device that accurately measures the concentration in mg/L of sanitizing solutions shall be provided.
