Observed all hand sinks without paper towels for hand drying at the time of this inspection. CA: Manager stated papertowels shall be replaced before business opens.

Observed light showing from under the main doors leading to the outside at the time of this inspection. CA: Manager stated weather strips shall be replaced so light cannot be seen from the inside.

Observed mold like build up on the food contact surface of the ice machine at the time of this inspection. CA: Manager stated the machine shall be cleaned and cleaning frequency shall increase to prevent build up.

Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility ice machine had severe buildup on internal food contact surfaces. CA: Management stated that they will discarded all of the ice and have the internal components deep cleaned and sanitized. Management stated that they will purchase ice from an approved vendor until all internal components of the machine are sanitary.

Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility 3 comp sink was not being properly served by an air gap between the water flow inlet from the sink and the flood level rim of the plumbing fixture it feeds to. CA: Management stated that they will have the system repaired to provide at least a 1 inch gap between the water inlet and the plumbing fixture.
