Observed apples being stored unwrapped and protected at the time of this inspection. CA: Ensure apples for service are wrapped and protected when grabbing.

Observed facility 3 compartment sink without a proper air gap at the time of this inspection. CA: Ensure that stopper in drain is removed to allow for proper air gap. If issues arise, contact plumber to discuss issues and maintain air gap.

Observed single service spoons facing outwardly for grabbing at the front service area. CA: Ensure that spoons are flipped and they are grabbed from the non food contact end.

Observed installed AC tube drain in kitchen area with mold like build up at the time of this inspection. CA: increase cleaning frequency and clean tube regularly to reduce mold build up.

Observed front service reach in cooler with employee personal food items stored in them unlabeled at the time of this inspection. CA: Ensure that personal items are stored separate from food items for service to prevent from contamination.
