Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility probe thermometers were being stored dirty. COS: Thermometers were cleaned and sanitized. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that staff are trained that probe thermometers are cleaned/sanitized before and after use.

Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility dry storage room displayed a significant amount of pest droppings along the wall coving. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that they are inspecting the facility for evidence of pest and ensuring that it is removed before building up.

Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility grill freezer had a significant buildup of old French Fries. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that the internal non food contact surfaces of the grill freezer are cleaned often enough to not allow the buildup of old French Fries.
