Observed a box of pies stored uncovered in the walk in freezer at the time of this inspection. COS: Management covered box. CA: All food must be stored covered to prevent vertical contamination.
4-2B - food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized

Observed ice machine had a "moldlike" buildup in food contact surface as well as a soda nuzzle in the front service area at the time of this inspection. COS: Manager sent nuzzle to clean, and ice machine will not be used until it is cleaned. CA: All food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch.

Observed microwave had food splatters and debris on the top inner area in the main kitchen at the time of this inspection. COS: Manager cleaned microwave. CA: All food contact surfaces shall be clean to sight and touch.

Observed men's handwashing sink was not producing hot water at the time of this inspection. CA: Handwashing sinks must produce hot and cold water.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(10)(e)1&3 - single-service/single-use items stored 6" off floor in clean, dry location (c)
Observed a box with happy meal boxes being stored directly on the floor in main kitchen area at the time of this inspection. COS: Manager removed box from floor. CA: Single service items must be stored at least 6" above the floor.
