Observed items stored past 7 days from prep date/ open date at the time of this inspection. Items included Tomato soup, Marinera sauce, and salsa. COS: PIC discarded food items stored past the 7 days from prep date. CA: ensure staff is educated on proper date marking. TCS Foods prepped/ opened should be labeled to hold for at max 7 days and discarded after those 7 days. Day 1 of 7 days is the prep/open date.

Observed scoops in front service topping area being stored with the handle touching the food product at the time of this inspection. CA: Ensure scoops are stored with handles positioned upward and not in contact with food product.
