Regulation: 511-6-1.05(3)(a) - cooling, heating, and holding capacities (pf)
Observed during the course of this inspection that a reach in cooler in one of the nurses stations was displaying ambient temps of 47 deg f. COS: Management was instructed not to use the unit with TCS food items until serviced. Management complied. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that all cooling units are monitored to ensure that they are able to properly hold temps that will keep TCS foods 41 deg f or below.
