Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility water heater was broken and the handwashing sink was not able to supply water at 100 deg f. COS: Glynn EH instructed management to begin warming clean water on the stovetop to 100+ deg f and placing it inside of a clean and sanitized "Insulated" coffee urn which would be used to supply 100 deg water to the handsink. All employees re washed hands once system was set up. CA: Glynn EH instructed kitchen management to contact Glynn EH any time issues such as lack of hot water or anything that will affect multiple aspects of food safety come up.

Glynn EH also instructs management to ensure that all staff only wash their hands with 100deg f warm water using the approved setup moving forward. It is managements' responsibility to monitor the water temp throughout the day and ensure that staff are washing their hands in the right temp of water. Glynn EH instructs management to contact us when the water heater is repaired so that we can verify the repairs.

COS: Management will use the in house maintenance staff to clean any incidents with their approved chemicals that treat for norovirus.
