Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had an unlabeled spray bottle of bleach. COS: Bottle was labelled with. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that all spray bottles display the common name of the product inside of them.

Observed a bottle of bleach and WD-40 being stored on top of a table above single use gloves. COS: Items were stored below and away from gloves. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that all chemicals and potentially toxic substances are stored below and away from food/equipment/single service items.

Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility men's restroom displayed significant old dirt/debris/water buildup of the plumbing fixtures of the main sink as well as the mirror service that sink. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that plumbing fixtures and nearby equipment are cleaned often enough to prevent buildup of soils and to keep them clean and maintained.

Observed during the course of this inspection that multiple boxes of "Must Refrigerate" TCS salad dressings were being stored at temps above 41 deg f. COS: Boxes of affected product were designated for discard and facility began discarding. CA: Management stated that the "Must Refrigerate" tcs salad dressings will only be stored in cooling units that have a thermostat properly set to store products at 41 deg f or below.
Glynn EH will follow up with management to ensure an appropriate temperature monitoring program is in place.
