Observed beans being stored inside the main kitchen's RIC without a common name label or date marking at the time of this inspection. CA: Manager stated the items shall be labeled with a name and date.

Observed water leaking from the bottom of the mobile unit when tank becomes overfilled at the time of this inspection. CA: Manager stated the plumbing issue shall be fixed immediately to prevent water from leaking.

Observed during the course of this inspection that the unit has an old equipment hookup divot that was collecting dirt/debris. It was also observed that there was some cracking on the panels on the ceiling. CA: Glynn EH instructs ownership to ensure all areas of the floor are properly cleaned often enough to prevent the accumulation of dirt/debris and to ensure that all ceiling panels are properly repaired and functioning in a way that doesn't create a hazard to food preparation and service.
