Observed during the course of this inspection that TCS oat milk was being stored inside of a cooler at temps of 46 deg f.

COS: Oat milk was discarded. CA: Glynn EH instructs management to ensure that all TCS food items are properly stored at temps of 41 deg f or below.

Glynn EH instructs management to have the unit service are appropriate temps restored before use.

Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had forks and spoons stored with the working end facing up. COS: Management began to immediately correct the issue. CA: Glynn Eh instructs management to ensure that all spoons/forks are stored upside down so the the food/lip contact surface is not touched by staffs bare hands.

Observed scoop being stored with handle in contact with cocoa in main kitchen at the time of this inspection. COS: Manager removed, cleaned and sanitized scoop. CA: Scoops shall be stored in the food with their handles above the top of the food.

2.In food that is not time/temperature control for safety food with their handles above the top of the food within containers or equipment that can be closed, such as bins of sugar, flour, or cinnamon

Observed during the course of this inspection that the facility had the doors leading to the outside opened for airflow/ventilation purposes without any mesh screening. CA: Glynn EH instructs facility to have doors leading to the outside elements properly screened at all times if opened for airflow/ventilation purposes.
