Observed a Quat. sanitizer bucket with a concentration above 500 ppm in the dishwashing area at the time of this inspection. COS: Manager discarded sanitizer and educated staff in the appropriate way to make Quat. sanitizer solution. CA: Quat. sanitizer solution shall be kept within the allowed concentration range of 200 ppm to 400 ppm to avoid toxic contamination.
