Observed two unlabeled (no common names) bottles with soap and bleach in the dishwashing area at the time of this inspection. COS: Labeled. CA: Working containers used for storing poisonous or toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material.

Observed two bug spray cans being stored with and above clean dishes in the dry storage area at the time of this inspection. COS: Removed. CA: Poisonous or toxic materials shall be stored so they cannot contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles by; separating the poisonous or toxic materials by spacing or partitioning and; locating the poisonous or toxic materials in an area that is not above food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service or single-use articles.

Observed a box with disposable cup lids being stored on the floor in dry storage area at the time of this inspection. COS: Removed from floor. CA: Single-service and single-use articles shall be stored at least 6" above the floor.
