Observed green beans and mash potatoes that were prepared on Monday 6/8/26 that did not have a date. PIC placed dates on all foods.
8-2B - toxic substances properly identified, stored, used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(6)(b) - working containers, common name (pf)
Working containers shall have the common name of the chemical. Observed spray bottles of chemicals that had no labels. PIC labeled all spray bottles.
