Observed no copy of ServSafe Certification posted within viewing distance for customers/ PIC failed to present a copy at the time of the inspection. A ServSafe Certification must be posted at all times and presented to the Health Inspector at the time of the inspection.

Observed unlabeled spray bottle of chemical. All sanitizing chemicals must be labeled when taken out of the original packaging. PIC labeled the spray bottle

Observed expired inspection report posted. The most current inspection report must be posted within 15 feet of the front or primary entrance of the establishment.

Observed sliced tomatoes that had an internal temperature of 45F degrees, as well as cooked chicken that had an internal temperature of 48F. PIC voluntarily discarded all TCS items in reach in. No TCS foods will be stored in reach in until it is serviced and can hold foods at 41F or below.
