Observed gasket seals of reach in cooler in front food service area in a state of disrepair. Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.

Observed that there was a missing drain plug on the dumpster.511-6-1.06(5)(o)(p)Drains in dumpsters shall have drain plugs in place.C/A Advised manager to contact their solid waste contractor to replace this part.
