EHS observed food storage containers still being stacked on each other while still wet from having been washed.
(a) Equipment and Utensils, Air-Drying Required. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils:
- Shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food.
CA: PIC unstacked items and put them out to air dry individually.
