Observed pool is cloudy in such that the suction outlet main drain cover on the bottom of the deepest portion of the pool cannot be seen. 511-3-5-.07(1)(e ) - (e) Water clarity shall be maintained. When standing at the pool's edge at the deep end, the main drain suction outlet covers or a four inch by four inch square marker tile in contrasting color shall be clearly visible. Observed pump conduction inadequate. 511-3-5-.09(1) - (1) Sizing. A pump and motor shall be provided for circulation of the pool and spa water. Performance of all pumps shall meet or exceed the conditions of flow required for filtering and cleaning (if applicable) the filters against the total dynamic h (1) Sizing. Observed chlorine tablets inside the skimmers and chlorine at 0ppm. CA- chlorine tablets shall not be in skimmers and chlorination system shall be used. 16(2)(b) - Chemical feeder (b) The pool or spa water shall be continuously disinfected by a disinfecting agent that imparts an easily measured residual. Observed two ring buoys both missing the rope.
