Observed multiple ice cream containers in freezer of main kitchen with no covering. Observed food containers of cheese on prep top in main kitchen without covering. COS: Advised PIC to find lids and keep them covered to avoid contamination.

Observed no thermometer inside RIC units in main kitchen. CA: Advised PIC to have thermometers on hand for every cooling unit.
