Observed can open with stuck on food debris and black stuff stored as clean. All food contact surfaces shall be cleaned to sight and touch. CA-MOD will wash can opener better and sent to be rewashed

Observed dirty knife with food residue hanging on knife rack as clean. All food contact surfaces shall be cleaned to sight and touch. CA-MOD sent knife to be rewashed

Observed raw meat sink being used as veggie sink without properly cleaning first. Foods shall be protected from environmental sources of contamination. CA-MOD EHS stated it’s important to clean interchanging sinks accordingly
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(a) - floor, walls, & ceilings, cleanability (c)
Observed excessive food spills and debris on walls next to kitchen prep table. All wall shall be cleaned to the eye. CA-MOD will clean walls within 7 days.
