Observed ground and whole meat over seafood in WIC. CA advised PIC to update order. Raw ready-to-eat food including other raw animal food such as fish for sushi or molluscan shellfish, or other raw ready-to-eat food such as fruits and vegetables

Observed high temp dishwasher not reaching 180 F and 3 compartment sink not dispensing chemicals properly. CA advisedPIC to put in a work order. Temperatures required for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing
