Observed ware washing machine used for cleaning guest room glasses unable to reach minimum 180 F sanitizing temperature. PIC will use 3 compartment sink until machine is properly working.

Observed stained mattress protector, pillow covers and pillows in rooms 420, 419, 401, 339, 319 & 224.

Beds, mattresses, springs, slats, mattress pads, mattress and bed coverings, pillow and pillow covers shall be clean and free from vermin. Each bed shall be provided, as a minimum, with two sheets and one pillow and pillowcase. After each occupancy and upon the request of the occupant, sheets and pillowcases shall be changed with fresh laundered linens. During occupancy, linens shall be changed at a minimum frequency of not less than weekly.

PIC will remove these pillows from circulation and will either have them steam cleaned or replaced

Observed stained pillow cases, mattress covers and bed protectors in rooms 234, 235, 214 and 218. Washable mattress pads or covers shall be used on all mattresses.
