Observed in a RIC in the kitchen the absence of a thermometer. (CA) Advised the PIC to place a thermometer in the RIC. In a mechanically refrigerated or hot food storage unit, the sensor of a temperature measuring device shall be located to measure the air temperature in the warmest part of a mechanically refrigerated unit and in the coolest part of a hot food storage unit.

Observed the most current inspection report was not posted by the entrance. (CA) Advised the PIC to post the inspection report within 15 feet of the entrance. The most current inspection report shall be prominently displayed in public view at all times, within fifteen feet of the front or primary public door and between five feet and seven feet from the floor and in an area where it can be read at a distance of one foot away.

Observed employee food stored in the WIC above customer food. (CA) Advised the PIC that employee food should be stored in designated areas away from food prep and food storage. Employees shall consume food only in approved designated areas separate from food preparation and serving areas, equipment or utensil areas and food storage areas
