Observed beverages stored on the floor. PIC placed them 6 inches above the floor.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(f) - drying mops (c)
Observed used mop placed in the floor drain and was not left to air dry. CA- Advised PIC to air dry mops.
17D - adequate ventilation and lighting; designated areas used
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(j) - using dressing rooms & lockers, used for changing clothes and storing employee belongings (c)
Observed employee drink stored on the prep table.PIC removed them and placed below prep table and made aware to place employee food separate from customer prep area.
