Observed tow refrigeration units, a warmer and a fryer in disrepair/ not in use. Corrective action: repair/replace/ or removed the previously listed equipment.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Observed area below the dining room drink station in disrepair and with a build up of debris. Corrective action: repair/replace surfaces beneath drink station.

EHS observed missing coved base tile near back hand sink, a missing ceiling tile next to the drive thru, and the bottom molding around the back door worn away. Corrective action: replace or repair listed items.

Regulation: 511-6-1.05(3)(d) - ventilation hood system, adequacy, adequate to prevent grease & condensation build-up (c)
EHS observed gaps in the filter of the vent hood above the fryer station. Corrective action: repair/replace vents to ensure full coverage of vent hood.
