Inspector observed unsealed wood shelving throughout the main kitchen, dry storage area, and water heater area. CA: Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment that are exposed to splash, spillage, or other food soiling or that require frequent cleaning shall be constructed of a corrosion-resistant, nonabsorbent, and smooth material.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean

Inspector observed FWC in disrepair throughout the facility. Floor tiles chipped, broken, cracked, not sealed around floor drains, flooring missing beside water heater (concrete exposed), walk-in cooler not flush with flooring, walk-in cooler wall/ceiling with a rusty gap. Wall panels bulging, with holes, electrical tape not flush. Ceilings tiles broken, missing, flaking, sagging, stained (appears to be from a previous leak - dark drip marks from ceiling to wall [in dry storage area]). CA: Maintain FWC in good repair.
